this problem still exist from 2 years ago!

i don't want to put adsense topic here but the others push me away to do this!

okay first of that

i sent an application to adsense program at the beginning of April, using
my email address
adsense replied to me that site was not approved because of the content
matter.
so in the middle of April, i create http://gamedoore.blogspot.com/ for adsense, too.
i believe that this page will meet the qualification for adsense.
but then, i was having difficulties when i propose for new adsense
application, which is:

1. I can't continue my application. i have this notification below:
[image: Warning] *A user with the email you specified already exists*

2. So i check that account and i have this notification
"Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application."

my question is :
1. i can't propose for new adsense application, so how i can?
2. is there some way to make direct contact (chat) to Google adsense help staff?
